:: About KCTC eBill ::

Released April 1, 2005, the KCTC eBill plus service allows you to manage your residential and business accounts online. It's easy, secure and free! You can also enjoy many conveniences like: adding custom calling features to your phone service, making secure one-time credit card payments, viewing your long distance usage, enrolling in KCTC eStatements and more! All this with the click of your mouse.

Once you register, you will have immediate access to all these great, new services absolutely free. You will also receive an e-mail each month telling you when your bill is ready for instant viewing online.

*Please note: You will still receive a traditional bill through postal mail each month unless you sign up for KCTC eStatements exclusively.

:: Payment Options ::

Once registered with the KCTC eBill plus service, you will be able to pay your account(s) using any of the following options:

• One-Time Credit Card Payment (online payment)

• KCTC AutoDraft (automatic payment)

• Cash, Check or Money Order

One-time Credit Card Payment (online payment)
How it works: You will receive an e-mail each month when your bill is ready to be paid. You pay online by visiting our website (http://ebill.kctc.net) and authorizing your Visa or MasterCard to charge the amount you specify to Kalona Cooperative Telephone Company. Please allow up to 2 business days for your payment to be reflected on your account.

Note: If you need to make a payment immediately, please call us at 319-656-3668 or stop by our office at 510 B Avenue, Kalona.

KCTC AutoDraft (automatic payment)
How it works: You will receive an e-mail each month when your bill is ready to be paid. You view your bill online by visiting our website (http://ebill.kctc.net). On the due date, the total amount due is debited from the checking or savings account that you specified when you signed up for KCTC AutoDraft.

To use this option, you will need to sign up for KCTC AutoDraft through one of the following options:

1) Download AutoDraft Form and mail to KCTC

OR

2) Sign up online by logging into your KCTC eBill plus account

Cash, Check or Money Order
KCTC will continue to process your cash, check, or money order payments. These payments can be sent via postal mail to P.O. Box 1208; Kalona, IA 52247 or by dropping off your payment at our office located at 510 B Avenue, Kalona.

:: How to Register ::

Registering a KCTC eBill plus account is free & fast. For security reasons, you must provide both your Account Number and the Invoice Number of your last KCTC billing statement.

1. Enter your First Name and Last Name.

2. Enter your Account Number as it appears on your KCTC billing statement.

3. Enter the Invoice Number from your last KCTC billing statement.

4. Enter your contact E-mail Address.

5. Choose and enter your desired Username* and Password*.

6. Enter your Password Hint and choose your Security Questions.

7. Click the Register button.

Once registered you will have immediate access to your KCTC account online. You will receive a registration confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address you specified.

*Notes:
   • Desired UserNames and Passwords can consist of any combination of letters and numbers.
   • Length of the UserName can be from 6 characters to 31 characters.
   • Length of the password can be from 6 characters to 31 characters.
   • Password is case-sensitive, therefore you must choose uppercase/lowercase letters in
      password exactly as you wish to use them when you log in.
